Every great design studio needs its dreamer, but it also needs a doer, a listener and the person who keep the teams heart beating strong. That’s where Shibani Malhotra, Co-Founder and HR Head of Taraash, steps in.
Shibani is more that just the “people person” of the company, she’s the culture creator. The one who makes sure ideas flow, creativity thrives and every member of the Taraash family feels seen, valued and inspired.
While While Amit is busy sculpting spaces, Shibani is sculpting just as important, the people behind those spaces.
